(Resale, clearance, last chance, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.) Below is a detailed policy outlining the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our website:

Please note: Please retain the original packaging until you determine if this item will fit in your space. Return cannot be made if the item is returned without its original packaging.

You can return goods under the following conditions:

This item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Currently, returns are only available for orders in the United Kingdom.

Product must be returned with all original packaging.

You Bathing reserves the right to refuse returns if a product does not meet the standards of our return policy.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Special order Painted baths and delivery costs are not refundable.

  • Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed and production has begun.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
