How do we Deliver?

Bath Orders

Bath orders are despatched by "Pallet" network couriers and will offer delivery to as near to your chosen address. Baths are delivered to as near to your front door location of the address supplied, as is practical, given that it's generally on a large vehicle, access can sometimes be an issue. Pallet Trucks are used to move the Bath orders, so any restrictions, such as Gravel drives or steps that may affect that, need to be considered.

Smaller orders

Smaller orders are delivered by Parcel Courier, well make sure you have the tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can prepare for its arrival.

Handling Time + Transit Time, and Order Cut-of Time 

Handling Time: 1-5 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Transit time: 5-10 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You Bathing orders only ship to the United Kingdom  Currently, we do not ship to other countries. If customers outside the United Kingdom are purchasing, please note that the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may apply to their purchase.

  • Exclusions are Scottish and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, please contact us about these destinations.


Shipping method

We ship all orders via our trusted shipping partner, DPD, Pall-ex network, Royal Mail and DHL for our deliveries. All orders are shipped securely packaged to protect the item.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, there may occasionally be delays due to uncontrollable circumstances like bad weather or lengthy customs processes. In these circumstances, we appreciate your understanding.

damaged or lost items

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

You Bathing orders only ship to the United Kingdom.
